In 1997, we, the human resource department of a large company, decided to take the step to independence with the founding of ProPers AG. We are now an independent limited company with the following organisation:

Our aim at the beginning was to offer a cost-effective human resource opportunity for smaller companies as well, a sort of part-time human resource department.
In the meantime, we have now implemented the idea and provide complete human resource services for over 40 businesses. In addition, we also carry out personnel searches for companies and have a successful job service for qualified personnel. Our client list includes businesses of varying sizes and from many different branches.
Our employees have all had further training in their specialist fields. You can rely on a total of over 200 years of human resources experience. These are the best prerequisites for a business partnership with us, whether as an employer or an employee!
