Career counselling
Career counselling starts with a skills assessment which clearly defines the strengths and resources available. Discovery of the individual vocation and the development of new career goals are supported by further tests and tools, but are not necessarily derived from these findings. It is also important to us that the intuitive and creative processes are discovered by means of suitable questioning techniques, so that in the end you are absolutely certain that you are on the right career track.
- Interpretation of the findings of the skills assessment
- Interests, affinity or intelligence tests according to individual requirements
- Detection of “wish target fields”
- Listing of “reason target fields”
- Recognition of new career fields
- Assessment of chances and risks
- Recognition of framework conditions: time and financial resources most often define the framework
- Definition of the most promising and most attractive goals
- Strategy development for goal achievement
Mrs. Monika Walther will be pleased to learn more about your requirements in order to offer a tailored solution.
